Refunds & Cancellations

Full payment is required upon registration. The training fee be broken up into three payments (USD): the first payment is due at the time of registration, the second one month later, and the final payment one month after that.

Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the training will receive a full refund, minus a $65 processing fee. Cancellations made within one week of the training will be eligible for a 50% refund, or the amount may be credited toward a future EMDR baseck training with RNC.

Participants may transfer their registration to a later training date one time only, subject to a $65 processing fee. Rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than two weeks before the scheduled training date. A new registration fee will apply for any additional future trainings.

Exceptions to this policy are limited to documented medical circumstances or family bereavement. Participants who do not attend and fail to provide prior notice (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.

All in-person training locations comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). RNC is committed to providing appropriate support for both in-person and online training sessions.

Certificate of Completion

An EMDR Basic Training Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the full 50-hour training program, including attendance at all 8 training days and completion of the 10 required consultation hours (5 hours following Part 1 and 5 hours following Part 2).

Attendance Policy

Participants are required to attend and complete all live synchronous training sessions, including lecture, practicum, and consultation components in their entirety.

If a participant misses more than 15 minutes of any training segment, remediation or make-up work may be required at the discretion of the trainer to ensure competency and completion of EMDRIA training requirements.

Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled training and consultation sessions.

Participant Agreement

By registering for this EMDR Basic Training, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all EMDRIA Basic Training Policies and Requirements, including attendance, consultation, assessment, and completion standards. Participants also acknowledge responsibility for maintaining professional conduct and adhering to applicable ethical and legal standards throughout the training.

Grievance Process

All grievances will be reviewed and addressed in a timely and professional manner. Where necessary, additional steps may be taken to resolve concerns in accordance with EMDRIA training standards and ethical guidelines.
